Your account email, optional profile details, the birth details you enter for charts, payment references from our payment provider, and the usage data needed to run the service. We only use birth details you give us.
Why we use it
To calculate charts and matches, fulfil paid orders, keep your account secure and improve the service. Marketing messages are sent only if you opt in.
Sharing
We share data only with the hosting, sign-in and payment partners needed to run Naksathra. We never sell personal charts or birth details. Staff access is limited and logged.
Retention and rights
We keep data for as long as your account is active or the law requires. You can ask to see, correct or delete your data from your account settings or by contacting support.
Security
We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures. No method of transmission is perfectly secure; report suspected account misuse promptly.
Children
The consumer product is not directed at children under the age required in your jurisdiction. We do not knowingly collect their data for marketing.
